This single level 18,000sf space in the Hudson Square section of Manhattan was completely renovated to create the new headquarters for Moda Operandi, a cutting edge web based fashion market place. The space houses the office, warehouse and photo studio functions of the company. The build-out included ground and burnished concrete floors, exposed ceilings and a delicately designed custom office-front system.
