Sawyer/Berson ArchitectureDescription
From the onset Brian Sawyer of Sawyer - Berson approached the design of this 4500 SF Flagship with a masterful understanding of the balance required between the contemporary design that is synonymous with Vera Wang Bridal Boutiques nationally and added a classical slant out of respect for the Carlyle Hotel. This mutation incorporates the classical Carlyle bolection, crown and vaulted convex ceiling detail throughout the store. Those details combined with a blackened bronze stair and large chandelier contributes to the sense of grandeur that the Carlyle is renowned for. The contemporary metallic and dark palette accentuates each meticulously crafted gown. The modern micro - top flooring, sleek blackened convector covers in the foyer lend to the notion that one is entering a modern yet cozy speakeasy with the segmented viewing rooms for added intimacy
