For The Frye Company’s North Park store, we gutted the entire 4,000 square foot space and conducted a revamp within a 13.5 week schedule. This included the removal of existing ceiling, floor, millwork, wall, plumbing, and storefront. We also created a new opening at the back of house. The ceiling was outfitted with a Unistrut system for wood grid ceiling, and structural steel framing was provided for the storefront. Scope of work for masonry included the installation of a brick using a metal grid guide system. We also installed the millwork and provided general carpentry throughout the space.
