Bright LED lights glow from underneath bespoke polished lacquered wall fixtures, giving the Golden Goose flagship an otherworldly glow. In this world, GGDB founders Alessandro Gallo and Francesca Rinaldo’s vision of merging California cool and Italian elegance reigns supreme. The combination of mirrored ceilings and a mirrored accent wall, along with crisp white floors and minimalist shelving, imparts a feeling of infinite space and lightness. The storefront’s signage simulates floating by mounting neon lights on angled glass. Unique, trapezoidal displays are built into walls that are also adorned with textured millwork panels. The pattern of which is reminiscent of the underside of a sneaker, so that at every turn there is a suggestion of sole.
