The Katonah Yoga studio is comprised of 5,000 square feet, which is utilized to create a calming space where New Yorkers can attend to their yoga practice. Katonah yoga was developed in New York and is an approach that brings Taoism, Chinese herbalism, and the concept of sacred geometry together. The studio makes use of several windows to keep each area feeling bright and spacious. Rooms that need supplementary lighting are outfitted with frosted glass transoms.
