De Beers relocates to a two story 3,256 sf boutique on Madison Ave. Expertise meets emotion in its bespoke architectural features, ranging from their signature etched glass to an artisan crafted curved wall around the staircase. Untreated oak from sustainably managed forests is used in a diagonally set parquet floor pattern at the store’s receiving area. The furniture, display cases, and frames are made of the same wood, which is also used as an accent trim that borders the walls and dove grey marble floor. Rich textured fabric panels are used in lieu of wallpaper and vary from muted silver, deep grey blue, and soft champagne. The second story of the House of Diamonds makes the most use of the champagne palette and functions as a bridal suite.
