Description

The construction of Aritzia South Coast Plaza involved the installation of dust proof flooring, millwork ceilings, and millwork wall panels. Structural steel work included the installation of an L-profile longitudinal brace at the storefront, which was also outfitted with vinyl signage and clear glass windows. Fluted glass panels are used inside the store as a divider between different areas. Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems were upgraded, with some coring conducted after the demolition phase for electrical and plumbing. Additional millwork installations include a work station, bookcase, and cash closet. The space also makes use of Domus Terrazzo marble and stucco tiles. Overall, this 6,579 square foot boutique was built within a 16 week construction schedule.
