Description

Renovation work conducted for Muji’s SoHo flagship involved expanding the retail area by over 2,500 SF, storefront upgrades, and extensive interior work. This was an 8,422 SF project split between 2 floors that abided by a 14 week construction schedule. We gutted and renovated the entire 1stfloor and F/I a grand staircase with glass panels, emergency stairs, and elevator. The basement was converted from storage to retail space to expand the sales area. The feature stair is a particularly notable facet of our work at Muji due to the two-story millwork bridge installed by the portal.
