The Prada Desert Hills outlet was a 7,500 square foot project conducted within a 10 week construction schedule. Our work included storefront system upgrades, general carpentry, millwork coordination and installation, and mechanical upgrades. Mechanicals involved the moving of sprinkler heads to fit the new store layout, new plumbing appliances and fixtures, and all new HVAC equipment, We installed owner provided floor tiles and carpeting, and applied owner supplied light green paint on the ceiling sheetrock and the walls of the sales area. Electrical systems were completely revamped to accommodate the new floor plan. Electrical work also involved the installation of new light fixtures and a new fire alarm.
