The Prada Houston Galleria boutique is a 6,000 square foot project that abided by a 14 week construction schedule. Work included concrete coring for in-ground electrical systems –scope of work for electrical involved power wiring, furnish and install of timers and lighting, installation of light fixtures, and single point connection to Owner Provided millwork. The storefront system was upgraded with the furnish and install of ½” low iron tempered glass entry doors, display windows, and interior display doors. The construction of this project also meant the furnish and install of custom glazing framing clad in mirror polished stainless steel and two ultra-narrow entry doors clad in mirror polished stainless steel.
