Building Marni’s 3,315 SF Madison Avenue Flagship was a project that abided by a 14-week schedule. Our work involved demolition of the former space, mechanical system upgrades, and tenant improvements. We outfitted the space with curved drywall partitions (which accommodated a brass insert and which had a burnt sienna polished finish), white Cheverny marble, and a walnut staircase. The display package included concrete shelving with a polished steel surface, suspended marble displays, and the brand’s signature waved steel clothing rails. Color block carpeting was installed to distinguish the different sales areas from each other, which match the geometric furnishings that range from brass tables to lime green armchairs, and blush pink display stands.
