SJP by Sarah Jessica Parker was a 1,090 SF project that was built within a 10-week construction schedule. This was a total gut renovation of the original space which consisted of 3 existing tenant units. An all new MEP package was installed along with high-end interior lighting fixtures –which we furnished and installed according to drawings provided by CCS Architecture. Our work also included the furnish and install of custom millwork displays, including built-in shelving with integrated LED lighting.
