Brandon Haw ArchitectureDescription
The construction of the New York dermatology group flagship was a 7,000 sf project situated on the second story of a landmarked building. We were tasked with bringing the design created by Brandon Haw architecture to life, which resulted in an award-winning space honored by the AIA of New York state. A highlight is the construction of a futuristic 20 x 92 FT pod that functions as a reception desk and houses eleven treatment rooms. This millwork pod was specially created for this space and is comprised of fiberglass batten panels, in between each panel are translucent glass strips that have been outfitted with led video displays. Other points of interest include fumed European Oak Viabizzuno built-ins, a baffled ceiling structure, and specialized lighting systems. The flooring in the reception area makes use of reclaimed stained oak flooring imported from Germany while solid ground quartz is used in the treatment rooms.
