TPG ArchitectureDescription
Birkenstock Spring Street was a 1,830 SF project that was executed within a 12-week construction schedule. Our work involved light masonry –conducting repairs at brick walls and removing existing brick at floor and lower wall- and the F/I of new subfloor, wood floor, and base at the sales floor. MEP work was focused on HVAC and Electrical systems upgrades, which were both intensive. Storefront systems were refurbished and a new glass storefront and transom with wooden cladding was installed by our team. The space itself features an open atrium and second floor lounge along with custom metal screens at the staircase -which double as display shelving. The millwork package includes box shelving units strategically placed on the walls with Birkenstock’s signage.
