Hermes UTC at La Jolla Village, San Diego was a 5,200 SF project that abided by a 14-week construction schedule. Part of our scope of work included facade work and the installation of new wood flooring at the sales area and BOH. Notable aspects of the space are the bespoke millwork displays and batten wall panels framing the storefront. A nude-toned color palette was utilized in the design of this space -featuring camel, taupe, and tan pantones. Before installing tenant improvements, we ensured that the existing MEP package was up to code and aligned with the architect’s design.
