Introducing our latest 'Michilli Made' project, the newly completed Modern Animal Walnut Creek clinic! We are thrilled to unveil this state-of-the-art veterinary facility, thoughtfully designed to cater to the needs of pets and their owners in the heart of Walnut Creek's bustling downtown district. Spanning 4,965 square feet, the clinic boasts 10 full exam rooms, as well as specialized rooms for X-rays, surgery, and dental work. Our scope of work included a full gut demolition of the former bank, keeping the previous bank vault intact, which has been repurposed as the Dental Room. A vaulted, painted wood ceiling in the lobby entryway creates a luxurious and spacious feeling while providing a welcoming atmosphere. The clinic also houses a large business office for the doctors and a standalone pharmacy. The back-of-house section includes 30 self-ventilated glass-door pet enclosures in addition to a breakroom with a full kitchen and gorgeous hardwood finishes.
