For over three years, Michilli Inc. has led the transformation of 530 Broadway for SHVO, merging three historic buildings in SoHo into one seamless luxury structure. Beginning in 2022, the project presented complex design and leveling challenges, which we met with custom stairways, elevators, and sleek architectural solutions. Throughout, we preserved key original elements — including exposed brick, restored wood floors, and rebuilt window systems — while elevating the space with high-end finishes, such as intricately detailed bathrooms. Now in its final stages, the project reflects our commitment to honoring history while increasing value through thoughtful, modern construction.
