How to become a Michilli Partner

Be prepared With:
  • Company License numbers
  • Information and images of most recent projects
  • References (Company name, Contact name, Contact Information)
  • Resume (if applicable)
  • W-9
  • Financial Statements for the last 3 years
  • Safety Data/ reports for the last 3 years
  • Certificate of Insurance
Pre-Qualification Form

Steps
  1. Complete the Pre-Qualification Form and W-9
    Fill out the Pre-Qualification Form online and send it, along with your W-9, to SubsPrequal@michilliinc.com
  2. Internal Review
    Our management team will review your submission.
  3. Sign the Master Subcontractor Agreement (MSA)
    If approved, we’ll send you an MSA to review, sign, and return.
  4. Get Added to Our Bidders List
    Once your signed MSA is received, you’ll be added to our bidders list on Building Connected.

How to Get Paid

Subcontractors must maintain an active and valid Certificate of Insurance, payments will be withheld if it has expired.

Steps
  1. Submit Your Invoice
    Upload your invoice (with a digital copy attached) to Procore by the 24th of each month.
  2. Provide Banking Information
    Complete this form with the full or last 4 digits of your account number.
Banking Information Form
  1. Send Waiver of Lien
    Sign, notarize, and return your conditional or unconditional waiver of lien.
  1. Verification & Payment
    Our accounting team will contact you to verify your banking details. Once steps 1–3 are complete, payment will be issued via ACH.
